2020 Walleye Roundup Tournament – April 17-18, 2020

2020 Rossford Walleye Roundup Cancelled

The Bass Pro Shops 2020 Rossford Walleye Roundup scheduled for April 17-18, 2020 has been cancelled in cooperation with the COVID-19 directives. At the present time, 33 teams are registered for the event featuring anglers from Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Pennsylvania, New York and Wisconsin.

“After reviewing the current situation with the COVID-19 virus and the restrictions that are being advised from our Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and the CDC we feel it is best for the safety of the competitors and the Rossford Roundup staff that we cancel the 2020 Rossford Walleye Roundup,” said Scott Liebert, Rossford Bass Pro Shops Manager and sponsor of the tournament.  “The Roundup will continue next year and we hope to get another great field of anglers again.”

Teams registered for the event may receive a refund for their entry fee, or may use it for next year’s event and qualify for the early bird registration for 2021. “We are saddened that we have to make this decision but we want to be proactive and assure the safety for all involved. Thank you and we hope to see you at next year’s event,” added Liebert.
