Ukrainian Kolomeyka Dance Group – 2 PM
Watch the breathtaking leaps, kicks, and mid-air acrobatics of the renowned Ukrainian Kolomeyka Dance Troupe from Detroit, MI. The dancers will wow you with their fast-paced steps and challenging choreography, dressed in colorful Ukrainian folk costumes. Each dance is steeped in folklore and features visually and technically amazing acrobatic feats.

Car Show: 100 Years of Automobiles 1920’s to 2020’s – 2-5 PM

Rev up your engines and be part of something historic at the 100 Years of Cars Show on Sunday, July 19, 2026, during the Rossford Balloon & Fireworks Fest – America 250! Your vehicle will be showcased as part of a once-in-a-century display of cars representing the years from 1926 to 2026. The first 200 registered drivers will receive a commemorative dash plaque, and eight lucky participants will win their choice of a tethered balloon ride for two or a $25 gas card. Plus, compete for People’s Choice honors and trophies, all while enjoying music, festival energy, and thousands of spectators. This isn’t just a car show—it’s a celebration of automotive history!

Group Painting Event – 2 PM
– With grant assistance from the Cultural Arts Fund of Wood County
The Great American Paint-Off is a lively, interactive art experience taking place on Sunday, July 19, at 2:00 PM during Heritage Day at the Rossford Balloon & Fireworks Fest. Twelve artists will create original works live in just 2 hours, arranged in a circle of easels as festivalgoers watch the creativity unfold. Visitors can participate by cheering on their favorite artists, voting online for the People’s Choice winners, and even bidding in a live auction at the end of the event. A portion of proceeds will support Toledo Helps Ukraine, making this a meaningful and engaging way to celebrate art, community, and the spirit of America the Beautiful.



Live Music – Randy Krajewski & Badinov Polka Band – 3-5 PM
Get ready to polka with Randy Krajewski and his Badinov Polish Band! This high-energy group brings lively, toe-tapping Polish tunes that will have you smiling, clapping, and stepping into a lively “and one-and two” Polka before you know it!




Kid’s Activity Area – 5-9 PM
Hero's Party Experience will be operating in four distinct zones throughout the 2026 Rossford Balloon and Fireworks Fest. The Kiddie Zone (ages 5 and under), Family Zone (ages 10 and under), the Action Zone, and a Nostalgic Carnival. Activities range from mini-golf and games to inflatables and even face painting! Birds Eye View Circus provides the entertainment with jugglers, stilt walkers, flow artists and aerial performances.



Native American Musical Performance - 5:15-5:45 PM
Join us for Traditional Native American drum songs. The SouthEastern WaterSpider is a Native American Drum Group from Southeast and Northeast Woodlands tribes. The drum is a sacred instrument symbolizing the heartbeat of Mother Earth and holds spiritual, cultural, and communal significance. Powwow songs, structured in cycles called "push-ups" similar to verses, typically include a lead and chorus that are repeated. These songs often incorporate vocables alongside native language storytelling.


Thomas Jefferson, performed by Jeremy Meier – 6 PM

Vice President Thomas Jefferson weighs the perilous prospect of challenging his former ally, President John Adams, for the highest office in the land. As he revisits the ideals of the Spirit of 1776, he must decide his own future as well as the nation’s.
Jeremy Meier, Chair of Creative Arts & Media at Owens Community College, has captivated Rossford audiences with past portrayals of Oliver Hazard Perry and Robert F. Kennedy. His performances are both educational and deeply engaging—perfect for group experiences.


Live Music - Madison Avenue – 7-9 PM
Everybody dance! The Madison Avenue Band is ready to light up the stage with high-energy rock, rhythm, and blues. This dynamic ten-piece group—featuring a powerhouse three-piece horn section—delivers a big, bold sound that gets the crowd moving. From iconic hits of the ’70s and ’80s to today’s favorites, they bring every song to life and keep the party going all night long.




Tethered Balloon Rides – 7-10 PM - $20, Sponsored by Cutting Edge Countertops and Renewal by Anderson
Experience the thrill of flight with our tethered balloon ride—an unforgettable highlight of the festival! Step aboard through a convenient door-entry basket with a viewing window, designed to be fully accessible for wheelchairs, walkers, and children. As the balloon gently rises 100 feet into the air, you’ll enjoy breathtaking views of the festival grounds and the surrounding area, all while safely secured to the ground. It’s a smooth, family-friendly adventure that lets everyone take part in the magic of ballooning!





Mini Balloon Glow – 9 PM
Missed the Balloon Glow on Friday or Saturday night? You still have a chance to catch the magic! Join us on Heritage Day for a special Mini Balloon Glow featuring some of our finest local balloonists and their beautiful balloons. It’s a more intimate, relaxed opportunity to experience the warm glow, vibrant colors, and charm of these incredible balloons up close—perfect for families and festival-goers of all ages.
Drone Show – 9:30 PM
Celebrate America’s 250th with a breathtaking drone light show! Watch the night sky come alive with patriotic animations and music, creating a one-of-a-kind visual experience to close out Rossford’s Heritage Day.
