What does the VIP ticket include?
VIP tickets include seating on the balloon field with prime viewing of balloon ascensions, glows, and fireworks, plus access to a covered tent, private bar, restrooms, snacks, water, a goodie bag, and one tethered balloon ride (weather permitting).

What time should I arrive?
VIP access begins at 5:00 PM. We recommend arriving early to enjoy balloon activities and make the most of your experience.

Is seating reserved?
Seating within the VIP tent area is first-come, first-served within that reserved section.

Is the tethered balloon ride guaranteed?
Tethered balloon rides are weather dependent and cannot be guaranteed. Safety is always the top priority.

What is a tethered balloon ride?
A tethered balloon ride is a safe and exciting way to experience hot air ballooning. The balloon is securely anchored to vehicles on the ground and gently rises up to approximately 100 feet in the air, offering a unique view of the festival before descending back to the same location.

Is the tethered balloon ride accessible for guests with disabilities or children?
The tethered balloon features an easy-access basket with a door, designed to accommodate a wide range of guests, including children and many individuals with mobility considerations such as wheelchairs and walkers. There is a low-level window in the door for easy viewing. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

What happens if it rains?
The event takes place rain or shine. Some activities may be adjusted due to weather. There are no rain dates and no refunds.

Is alcohol included?
Alcohol is available for purchase within the VIP area.

Is this family-friendly?
Yes! The VIP experience is designed for all ages.

Are tickets refundable?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Is parking included?
Parking is available nearby, with shuttle service provided.
